Sizing & fit

What size are your durags?: One size fits all. Every durag has extra-long tails (around 60 inches total) so it wraps and knots comfortably on small to XL head sizes.
Will a bonnet fit long braids or locs?: Yes. The crown is deep and gathered so braids, twists and locs sit inside without being flattened or bent.
Do wave caps stretch out?: The mesh has a firm elastic band designed for daily wear. Hand-washing cool and air drying keeps the stretch tight for months.

How do I wash a silk or velvet durag?: Hand-wash in cool water with a small amount of mild detergent, squeeze gently (never wring), rinse, then hang dry away from direct heat. Machine washing and tumble drying will damage the fibres.
How often should I wash it?: Every one to two weeks with daily wear. Durags collect oil, sweat and product that can end up back on your scalp and cause hairline breakouts.
Can I iron it?: Only on the lowest setting with a cloth between the iron and the fabric — or better, hang it damp and let the wrinkles drop out.

How much is shipping?: Free tracked shipping on orders over $40 in the US and Canada. Under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. We also ship worldwide.
How fast do orders ship?: Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Most US deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days.
What's your return policy?: 30 days on unworn items in original packaging. Message us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Is checkout secure?: Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Which payment methods do you accept?: All major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets Stripe supports in your region such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?: If it hasn't shipped, yes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
